Our main focus is helping people who are currently renting purchase a home.  Although we can show and sell any type of homes including used homes, town homes, single family homes, we usually prefer to help our clients choose the perfect new home in the location of their choice.  Most new homes are priced better than used homes in our current Market.  Our builder of choice has the lowest price per square foot on new full brick, energy efficient homes.

“Why new homes?” you may ask.  We believe it is important to provide our clients with the best choice, and we believe new homes are the best choice for several reasons. 

First of all, new homes come with a 10 year warranty which significantly reduces unexpected out of pocket expenses.  Many unsuspecting buyers purchase a used home at a low price thinking it is the “best deal”, however, the repairs and maintenance an older home can have could be astronomical and may end up costing more than a new home.  In many cases the repiars cost a lot more than the buyer would expect and what looked like a very good deal turns out to be a mistake.

In addition to repairs and maintenance, utility costs are significantly lower in a new home than in a used home, and most new homes are energy efficient.  In fact, Lenders will even loan a buyer more money if purchasing a new home for this very reason.  Lenders know that new homes will cost less to maintain than used homes.

We have worked with many builders, and we have done our research.  We can tell you almost anything you need to know about the different building companies and how their systems and processes will apply to you.  In fact, we have found that building a new home is an easier and more enjoyable experience than buying a used home.
